GVSA Disco Tickets

Reception class (1.15pm – 2.30pm): A parent/carer or nominated adult must remain on site for the duration of the Reception disco. Waiting adults will be accommodated in a separate room — please note that no drinks or refreshments will be provided, so do bring your own. If you would like to stay and be present with your child inside the disco (rather than waiting in the separate room), you must sign up to volunteer.

Years 1–6 (all other sessions): Parents and carers of children in Years 1–6 do not need to remain on site and are welcome to drop off and leave.

Medical needs and allergies: If your child has any medical needs or allergies, a parent/carer must sign up as a volunteer for their child's session and must ensure that any required medication is brought with them on the day.

Volunteers: We need parent volunteers to help supervise each session — without enough volunteers, the disco unfortunately cannot go ahead, so please do consider giving up an hour or more to help make it a success!
